Sun City Grand

A 4,000-acre community in Surprise will feature 9,200 homes for 17,000 active adults. Sun City Grand, located across Grand Avenue from Sun City West, is within minutes of 70 local businesses including grocery stores, restaurants and the Sundome Center for the Performing Arts, the country's largest single-level theater with 7,169 seats.
