Furnished units usually rent from $1,400 to $2,800 per month during the peak seasonal months of January through March. Rents will vary depending upon the season, size, location, type of unit and the number of months leased. Use of the recreational facilities requires payment of a fee which provides membership for the term of the lease up to one year. At present, the cost in Sun City is $60 per person for a 30-day card, $120 per person for a 60-day card and $180 per person for a 90-day card. The cost in Sun City West is $60/month per person for 1-5 months and $355 per person for 6-12 months. The cost in Sun City Grand is $125 per person for 1-3 month lease, $150 per person for 4-6 month lease and $200 per person for 7-12 month lease.
